Bala is a business technology leader with two decades of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Management, IT solutions and Delivery of IT services and products for Fortune 500 companies.

He has been a trusted partner and has successfully developed and maintained long-term relationships with his clients. He is passionate about creating customer successes by delivering IT Services in retail, wholesale, supply chain, consumer products and financial services domains with P and L responsibilities. He is taking Datanetiix into technology platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Mobility Services, Security Solutions, AI and Blockchain.

Prior to founding Datanetiix, Bala held positions as Director of Technology for RJT Compuquest, Inc (Apolis); was a founding employee at Emantras, Inc. (GP Strategies Corporation). He has worked as a programmer, Manager and Vice President of Marketing/Business Development. Bala holds an M.S in Computer Engineering and M.B.A from Graziadio Business School, Pepperdine University.

My primary focus has been in technical outsourced services including CRM, Contact Center Outsourcing, Cloud Computing (SaaS), IT Operations and other BPO solutions. I have proven expertise in identifying business opportunities, developing strategies and leading pursuit teams that result in profitable multi-million dollar contracts.

Ravi is a seasoned veteran in the IT industry, with over 25 years of experience in ERP implementation and support. Apart from Building & Leading teams, he has envisioned and implemented a shared services delivery model ensuring both delivery and operational excellence.

He has also served as Principal consultant, Lead Architect, Delivery Assurance Manager, Pre-Sales coordinator for Packaged ERP products & a key pillar of the Oracle Center of Excellence in the past 20 years.

At Datanetiix, Ravi brings his varied experience, industry best practices to help the customers obtain the best in class experience in terms of delivery & assurance. He also supports the team in practicing and implementing the latest processes & methodologies like Design thinking & Architecture first approach.

His in-depth analysis of delivery plan has helped the delivery organization uncover risks, mitigate them and focus more on project delivery and innovations.

A creative leader, who has turned around business units in Fortune 250 companies, consulted many start-ups, and has created dominant, sustainable sales strategies across a variety of industries. At Apple, he led the successful launch of hundreds of products, including historic and record-breaking launches of the aluminum Mac tower, the aluminum laptop series, multiple iPod generations as well as iTunes for Windows and OS X Tiger operating system.

At Datanetiix, he takes care of Client Support and Success. In this role, he works closely with creative designers, DBAs, software architects and developers to deliver and launch complex software projects. Frank holds an M.B.A from Graziadio Business School, Pepperdine University.

Having a Bachelors in Corporate Secretaryship from the University of Madras, Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing from National Institute of Sales and MBA from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT)

He is strong in business acumen with the ability to execute a wide range of sales and marketing strategies designed to establish market presence and increase revenues and profitability.

Excellent in managing and leading team, establishing and enhancing customer relationships, strategic planning and implementation for results.

Posses both technical and management experience and have consistently demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives.
