    California Department of Technology (CDT) eVAQ Pre-Qualified Vendor

    CDT runs a continuous pre-qualification process, separate from any single solicitation, that clears standard administrative requirements ahead of time. Datanetiix holds approved eVAQ status.

    • Administrative requirements are cleared in advance, before a specific solicitation opens.
    • No need to resubmit standard qualification paperwork for each new IT solicitation.

    NCPA runs a single lead-agency solicitation that opens its cooperative contracts to a large national pool of public and nonprofit agencies. Any eligible agency can procure against the award directly, without running its own competition, where its own rules allow cooperative purchasing.

    Oklahoma agencies and interlocal entities use this contract for deliverable-based project work, covering the full project lifecycle under one fixed-price agreement.

    City and County of San Francisco, Emerging Technologies Prequalified Vendor

    San Francisco's Department of Technology and Office of the City Administrator created this pool through a request for qualifications, targeted specifically at vendors supplying emerging technologies such as AI. Datanetiix holds prequalified status. 

    • Prequalification makes Datanetiix eligible for city departments to negotiate a contract as a need arises

    Los Angeles County built this pool of pre-approved contractors through a single streamlined solicitation. Datanetiix holds a CAPSMA in that pool.
